for this fifth volume of Chimp Bone Death we continue our bone rattle howl for blood, and narrow our chimp-sights toward them who would raise th scepter and orb, donning raiments of Royal Blue; all would-be kings. and queens. th little princelings too, none are permitted allowances, as their very function of being is an affront to th collective. and well taken as th threat they are.
NO KINGS is a theme that I have been exploring since Jan. 7th 2021, when I spontaneously produced th painting WE DO NOT KING, in reaction to th thwarted insurrection attempt at th US Capitol. oh those heady days when it seemed we would continue to reject such pretensions. but it now seems we Americans require a great reminding. so I set to task th Chimp Bone Death art crew, that we might salt our paint with some kingsblood and get to th chimp work of remembering all these goddamn chimps that WE DO NOT KING.
